The truth is out.  E/S really lives in a shoebox studio along Huay Kaew Rd. and shuffles over to KSK every day for lunch the Tops food court,  passes the afternoon reading someone's discarded Bangkok Post  in one of the mall coffee shops and then enjoys a chat with his buddies with an early evening beer in the Blue Food Court listening to the Thai Elvis.   He's just putting on airs when he writes about his country life in beautiful Mae Rim with the weekly Sunday buffet at Four Seasons.

Surely there is a Bangkok Bank in beautiful Mae Rim.

Edit:  Yes, indeedie, the trusty Bangkok Bank website reveals that there is a Bangkok Bank office on the main drag in beautiful downtown Mae Rim, near the post office and numerous ATM machines in places popular with people of class like the Summit Green Valley Country Club and Prem International School.
